Mirror Wellness provides mobile IV hydration and wellness infusions, vitamin and wellness injections, wrinkle relaxers, dermal filler, microneedling, chemical peels, and medical-grade skincare, performed by a licensed Registered Nurse. We travel to our clients throughout Missoula, Stevensville, Florence, Hamilton, Corvallis, Victor, Lolo, and Ravalli County, Montana. Submitting a form is a request for a consultation — it does not create a binding contract, and it does not establish a nurse-patient relationship, until we confirm your appointment with you directly.

Every client must complete a consultation and health screening before treatment. Not every treatment is appropriate for every person. We reserve the right to decline or modify any treatment, including on arrival, if in our clinical judgment it is not appropriate or safe for you. If we decline treatment for clinical reasons, you will not be charged for that treatment.

Individual results vary and are not guaranteed. Photographs, descriptions, and testimonials on this site are illustrative and do not promise any particular outcome. Statements describing nutrient and wellness infusions have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

Prices, offers, and promotions shown on this site are estimates. Final pricing depends on the treatment plan built during your consultation, the products and quantities used, and your location. Treatments priced per unit or per syringe are billed by the amount actually used. Any special offer is subject to availability and the terms stated with it. We will confirm final pricing with you before any treatment begins.

Mirror Wellness is a mobile practice. Travel to your location is arranged and confirmed when you book. You are responsible for providing a safe, clean, well-lit space with a comfortable chair or couch and access to a power outlet.

We reserve the right to reschedule due to weather, road conditions, staffing, or circumstances outside our control. As a mobile practice serving a wide area, we appreciate as much notice as you can give.

Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Our services are provided with reasonable care and skill by a licensed Registered Nurse. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mirror Wellness is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the service in question. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Montana law.
